Nada India Team @AirtelDelhiHalfMarathon 19 #GoBeyond

AIRTEL DELHI HALF MARATHON:An experience of Nada volunteer Mincy
                                                              20th October 2019
                                                                  #GOBEYOND
A night before the event there were butterflies in my stomach that how everything gonna be tomorrow. I reached JNL stadium around 6:00 a.m. , it was dawn. There were so many participants running and everyone seemed so energetic and enthusiastic,  so initially I was just observing  everything happening and then  I heard the announcement “ GOOOD MORNINGGG RUNNERSS, NOW IT’S THE TIME , THE RACE IS ABOUT TO START SO GEAR UP”  This made me even more excited and was getting more curious after each passing moment. I registered my name in the competition “RUN IN COSTUME” , there were so many participants in their beautiful costumes spreading beautiful and meaningful  messages, fighting against use of plastics, pollution, violation of natural resources, discrimination etc. from different NGOs working together for social cause like
“MOTIVATION INDIA, NAZ FOUNDATION, INDIA CARES etc. Where Nada India , Young India Network For Good  Health participated  with its vision “Nasha mukt parivar har bacche ka adhikar!”  as its been working with violence affected children and women since 2004,thanks to our designer Kiran maam and Afilash sir for their efforts in making the costume. It was a great experience, I believe team Nada India will not only participate but will win the competition next year. All of us then together started the 5km marathon, it was tiring yet cheerful. No doubt it was conducted very well i think this may be the reason why once people connected to it keep coming back. Hats off to all agencies who made this event a big success. Especial thanks to NADA for providing this opportunity to showcase our talents . It was an awesome experience in participating in ADHM.
Afilash T.Issac, Shubham Vatsyayan, Vindhya Vatsyayan were competed their Delhi Great Run 2019.
