Nada India connected virtually with eCPR practitioners in India #COVID19

` On Saturday, March 28th 2020, the team of Nada India connected virtually with their co- eCPR  practitioners at 4 p.m to discuss their wellbeing in times of coronavirus and the contribution of the training of eCPR in their lives and the lives of people around them during the lockdown. The idea was to establish a virtual safe space like the physical one that they had created at the training. Kushangi , a clinical psychologist by training, is finding respite in the fact that she can help people in emotional/mental distress by enlisting her services with an NGO that connects her with such people. The discussion was moderated by Riya Thapliyal Nada Team member and facilitated by Suneel Vatsyayan. Hiring managers most frequently cite the ability to listen (81 percent) and teamwork (72 percent) as key soft skills that they look for in potential candidates

Hiring managers, across all Professional / Technical (PT) sectors say 60 percent of candidates globally lack the right combination of hard and soft skills, highlights a recent survey by Kelly Services. PT hiring managers most frequently cite the ability to listen (81 percent) and teamwork (72 percent) as key soft skills that they look for in potential candidates. Team work is even more critical for engineering talent, at 85 percent. The latest Kelly Global Workforce Insights (KGWI) survey on Career Resilience also found that across the globe, 60 per cent of millennials are concerned with keeping their skills updated, reflecting the uncertain economic times that they grew up in, their fascination with technology and disruptive business models, and their relatively high degree of comfort with change.
