Bihar liquor ban should be 'participatory', not agenda says Chairperson,Nada India

Recently, Suneel Vatsyayan ,Chairperson ,Nada India was interviewed by IANS correspondent on proposed Bihar alcohol ban. "Bihar liquor ban should be 'participatory', not agenda: Experts" was the headline.
He emphasized that alcoholism has to be looked at through the perspective of women and children affected, not just those using it.
