` On Saturday, March 28th 2020, the team of Nada India connected virtually with their co- eCPR practitioners at 4 p.m to discuss their wellbeing in times of coronavirus and the contribution of the training of eCPR in their lives and the lives of people around them during the lockdown. The idea was to establish a virtual safe space like the physical one that they had created at the training. Kushangi , a clinical psychologist by training, is finding respite in the fact that she can help people in emotional/mental distress by enlisting her services with an NGO that connects her with such people. The discussion was moderated by Riya Thapliyal Nada Team member and facilitated by Suneel Vatsyayan. Emotional crisis is universal.
